Sound weird but the result was fantasting.
I got this recipe from my friend.
At first i doubt it, but after i try it, i make it twice on that day.
Even my family love it too.
Ingredients:
1kg of chicken
1 can of coca-cola (coke)
Ginger **
Black peper powder **
Salt **
Seasoning **
** The amount is depending on your own taste
How to cook:
- Combine all the ingredients and cook it over medium heat in a medium size of pot.
- Once the chicken turn brown and there is no more liquid left in the pot, you can switch it off and it is ready to be serve.
